Aulay Macaulay – Operations & Development (Founder)
Roster Plus is Aulay’s brainchild. It was first inspired by his girlfriend who often found it impossible to juggle work shifts and Uni because of a failing roster system. At this time his small web development company was routinely building successful startups for other people, so in ’09 RP became a sideline project for Aulay’s team.
By 2010 Aulay had become obsessed; no more fast cars, globetrotting or chilling down the beach. Roster Plus has taken over all of his time as he pushes it towards becoming an internationally successful startup. But don’t ask about his girlfriend.
Brendan Bernard – Lead Technical
Brendan has been programming for over 6 years. Originally starting in game development, he switched gears 3 years ago and started focusing on development of websites and web applications. He joined the Roster Plus team not long after version one had been finished, mid 2009, and is now responsible for the cogs and gears that continuously spin away behind the scenes.
Al Brancozzi – Support
Al came on board November 2012 to facilitate client support and administration in anticipation of service expansion and the introduction of new product features in early 2013. Al holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Business Information Systems and has worked in process and information management for the Australian Taxation Office and SAP Research.

Saxon Fletcher – Lead Designer
Saxon joined the Roster Plus team at the start of version 2.0 development, early 2010. He is a complete design and aesthetic enthusiast (digital and non-digital), and has a burning passion for apple products and silly hats. Saxon applied his steady surgical hand to the Roster Plus interface, giving it and the accompanying website and promotional material a breath of fresh air.
Rumours say he can often be found on top of the highest of peaks, worshipping his Macbook Pro whilst sacrificing broken down PC’s to please the apple god, the one they call Steve.
Andrew Birt – Marketing & PR
Andrew Birt is the founder of StartUP Marketing Australia and former sales and marketing manager within RMIT Training Pty Ltd a commercial offshoot of RMIT University. Andrew joined the team mid 2010 to help expand marketing channels and prepare the software for a global launch.
Andrew has has an unhealthy obsession with AFL team Collingwood, and teaches marketing to classes of junior marketing stars at Melbourne University in his spare time.
Taf Chiwanza – Sales
Taf joined the team late 2010 to kick off enterprise sales and the partner program. Taf has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Sports Management with many years experience in Corporate Sales and Business Development, working for leading national organisations like Austar, Optus, Vodafone and Queensland Cricket.
Taf has a passion for connecting with people and building long and fruitful business relationships.
