Every staff member receives login details to their own secure staff area, accessible 24/7 via any internet connected computer or phone. From here they can check and confirm shifts, request time-off, manage shift swaps, participate in discussions, download files you have shared and contact you!
Shifts at Their Fingertips
With the choice of distributing shifts via SMS and/or email, your staff will always have a record of their upcoming shifts and recent changes handy. The optional ‘shift reminder’ setting is great for super part-time staff or volunteers who might have otherwise forgotten or needed a phone call.
Hassle-free Shift Changes
Staff love being able to login and communicate a shift drop, cover or swap they have organised with a co-worker, without having to bother you over the phone. However, you still remain in control. The system automates contacting you for approval then the other staff member for conformation; saving everyone time and hassle.
Less Calls From You!
Sometimes employees are not in a position (asleep, drunk, working, etc.) to answer calls from their managers. By communicating fill-in requests, shift reminders and last minute changes over SMS or email, they can evaluate and respond in their own time – often leading to more positive and thoughtful responses.
