Let your employees control their timesheet entries after their shifts are complete, from anywhere, with the ‘Employee Managed’ option. Your staff will have access to their time sheet records via their logged in area, and their records will remain editable until you have approved them. This is a great option for geographically dispersed teams.

Quickly Review and Process Timesheet Records

All recorded clock in / out combinations are sent to a queue for your approval. Differences between ‘rostered’ and ‘recorded’ are highlighted, and edits can be made before they are ‘authorised’. Export your authorised timesheets for Payroll processing, and further analysis of ‘rostered’ vs. ‘actual’.
