Your Billing area provides a summary of your account details, usage statistics, and all the functions you need to keep your account running. If you have a full account, your Billing home page will feature a table of invoices related to your account.
What Payment method to use?
Please find a table of our various payment options below. We have ordered by preference, but please use the method most convenient to you.
At this stage, our only instant payment methods are offered via PayPal. For last minute SMS purchases or subscription renewals, we recommend you use this.

- Create a monthly ‘Periodic payment’ for the total cost of your subscription, as seen here.
- In your Just Rosters account under Billing, tick the checkbox labelled ‘I have setup a recurring billing’. This will ensure you don’t get payment reminders before your subscription expiry date.

For automatic payments:

PayPal
Click the icon in your online invoice after selecting PayPal.
You can make non-subscription Credit Card payments without an account.
The following biller name will appear on your bank statement: PayPal
For automatic payments:
- When you go to pay your invoice, click ‘PayPal Subscription’ instead of ‘PayPal Checkout’. You will need a PayPal account for a subscription payment.
Credit Card via StrataPay
Go to www.stratapay.com.au to pay via Mastercard or Visa.
Click ‘Make a Payment’ then enter StrataPay Ref: 100480858Invoice number
The following biller name will appear on your bank statement: StrataPay.
For automatic payments:
- Download and complete this form, then mail it to StrataPay as instructed.
- In your Just Rosters account under Billing, tick the checkbox labelled ‘I have setup a recurring billing’. This will ensure you don’t get payment reminders before your subscription expiry date.
