Overview
The Login page is your gateway to the Just Rosters system. Please enter your email address and password. You have already received your password via email shortly after signing up, or when you were granted account access.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by entering your email address and clicking the Request New Password button. If you have forgotten your email address you will need to contact us to discuss account detail retrieval options.
If your account subscription expires and you are no longer able to login, you will need to Contact Us with your current email address and business name. We will then extend your account for 24 hours, which will give you enough time to renew your subscription.
Requesting a new password
If your login fails because you have used the wrong password, you will need to request a new one. To do this:
- Enter your email address in the email field.
- Click the Request New Password button.
- Your new password will be emailed to you at once. When you receive it, copy and paste the password into the login form.
We recommend that you go to the Your Settings page of your account once you are logged in, then change your password to something that you will easily remember.
