Overview
The Managers area is used to give (and manage) other people (co-managers) access to the administration area of your account; which you are presently logged into.
Co-managers ticked as a Super Manager are able to add, edit and delete other managers. The Access Roster permission allows users to build and edit rosters. System Contact means users will receive emails about time-off requests, unconfirmed shifts, and messages from your staff. Finally, Billing Contact puts users on the email list for account renewal and low SMS credit alerts.

General Information
The General info section covers the name, contact details and basic preferences of the manager.
| Field name | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The first and last name of the manager. |
| Phone | The managers contact phone number. This number can be a landline or mobile. It will only be used when a member of the Just Rosters team needs to get in contact with you urgently. |
| The email address of the manager for system messages and billing reminders (depending on permissions). The email address will double as the login username. | |
| Password | The password the manager will use to login. |
| Notes | An area for storing additional information on the manager. You might want to add additional contact information, or details about their qualifications. If the manager is a ‘super manager’ they will be able to read and edit these notes, and the notes of other managers. |
Permissions
The permissions panel covers what a co-manager has access to, and should be contacted about.
| Field name | Description |
|---|---|
| Super manager | Super Managers are able to add, edit and delete other managers. If you mark a co-manager as a super manager, they potentially have the ability to edit or delete your account. Every account needs one super manager. |
| Access rosters | Decides if the manager can view, build and publish new rosters. |
| System contact | Used if the system should email the manager about time-off requests, unconfirmed shifts, messages from your staff and other system generated alerts. |
| Access reports | Determines if the manager can access and run reports (feature pending completion). |
| Billing contact | Activated if the system should email the manager when your account is due for renewal, or running low on SMS credits. |
Once you have completed the above fields, click the Save button. The new manager will now have access to your companies’ account.
