Overview
The Review Timesheets page lists all of the shifts that have passed, since you turned the time & attendance module on. By default, the page is limited to shifts pending authorisation; from oldest to newest. This can be expanded using the search criteria to the right of the page.
Any records recorded using the attendance screen, or staff timesheet page, will be entered into the ‘Recorded’ column. The system will then round the values depending on the ‘Auto-rounding’ setting in your Company Settings. Any differences between what was rostered will be highlighted in the ‘Authorised’ column. Once you are happy with the authorised values, click the green approval tick.
To edit an attendance record, click the edit icon, and change the values in the popup. You are also able to add notes only managers can see, for reference in the future.
If a staff member has forgotten to enter an attendance record for one of their shifts, or you have ‘Clock in / out’ and ‘Staff Managed’ both turned off in your Company Settings, you can enter their actual times by clicking the edit icon, then the approval icon.
